Real People Real Results

My blood sugar had risen to levels indicating I had diabetes. I was embarrassed and I suffered with shame for not being able to control it.
After completing the class and following the guidelines Erin taught me, I returned to my physician for a follow-up. My A1C was back down in the "pre-diabetic" stage. I have lost over 20 pounds by changing what I eat. I don't concern myself with counting points or calories. The class taught me that I make a habit of eating within these guidelines; I will learn to prefer these foods. I see this happening. Fast foods that use to appeal to me now seem heavy, greasy and not satisfying.
My favorite part was being able to take the class from my own home and schedule it to the hours when it it was most convenient.
