Speaking of Red Light foods, one of my favorite holiday treats is the Reese's Tree/Heart/Egg/Pumpkin. Well, here is a healthier homemade version of this treat. 

I'm always looking for quick and simple meal ideas. You too? Here is an easily adapted chicken/rice/veggie dish from a blogger friend of mine.
