Healthy Living Tuesday Motivation

Links from around the web to inspire healthy living. Read now or pin for later. - Health Happens at Home

We've had sick kiddos at our house. So I've spend more time being mom and trying to catch up on lost sleep than dietitian/health coach. So today's healthy living motivation is being posted on Tuesday instead of Monday.

If you are eating out and looking for some healthier options, check out this post from 100 Days of Real Food.

Don't miss my recent Recipe Redux post on nutritious lunch options involving pita bread.

Are you familiar with Dina from It's Not About Nutrition! We are trying to implement some of her ideas at our house. I really liked her post: Why Toddlers Don't Eat Vegetables. If you have a toddler or picky eater in your house, check it out.

The Environmental Working Group just released the dirty dozen (highest pesticide containing) produce. Get information on how to reduce pesticide exposure in this post from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.

Movement is good for our bodies! Not just exercise (a limited time of intense movement) but just an increase in daily activity. I found this post about a dynamic workstation really inspiring. What do you do to promote movement in your daily life?
