I haven't shared our meal plan the last several months but here is the plan for April!
I plan the dinner meals and we eat leftovers or easy meals for lunch, breakfasts, and snacks. I've started using Plan to Eat for store recipes and "write" the plan. So far it's working well for us. I love how easy it is to change things around. I didn't add all the salads or fruit, but I like to offer these most days in addition to what's listed.
When planning your meals aim to include:
- Protein
- Complex carbohydrates
- Healthy Fats
- Water
- Superfoods
