Walk around the room or parking lot. I started doing this during my daughter's dance class. While it wasn't a fantastic workout, at least I was moving. Everything counts!
Indeed, Food Affects Behavior is a post about one family's story of food negatively affect their child's behavior. I have found this to be true in my own family and from many I have coached.
