Looking to add some protein to your meals? Have you considered cottage cheese? Most cottage cheese contains about 14 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. Loved this post with links to lots of different recipes that have cottage cheese. **be aware that it can be a high sodium food so if you are on a sodium restriction (like me) know there is a No Added Salt version available at Whole Foods.

Here is a great post on mindful eating. Dieting to lose weight is often ineffective long term. Instead practice eating mindfully while following Traffic Light Eating.

A cheese grater (affl. link) is a very versatile kitchen tool. Here is a great post of many uses for a grater. I using mine for carrots, butter, and potatoes. I've been putting it in the dishwasher. Oops! Guess I need to to stop. I do recommend a cut resistant glove (affl. link). I have grated my hand a few (yes, a few) times. Ouch!

Great tips on getting kids to pack their own lunches (even from age 5) here. I am definitely inspired to try. There are more tips in last weeks motivation link post here.

Here is a review of Blue Apron Meal Delivery service to help you decide if this service is right for you.
