I am trying to get back into smoothies (even though it's getting cold) to help with calorie control around the holidays. I think I'll try making smoothie packs like these from Real Mom Nutrition.

The FDA has approved Genetically Modified salmon in the US. Read this post for a few details. I personally try to limit/avoid as reasonable GMOs. For me there is still too much question about the safety. Dr. Sears says, "When in doubt, leave it out." And I agree.
