I had some round steak in the freezer from a cow share and so we are trying this Slow Cooker Bavarian-style steak. We'll see.

This ravioli is one of my favorites! I sub some quality red wine for the sherry. 

This oven pancake is super easy and delicious!

For the pizza and the stromboli I make my own quick whole wheat crust.

This slow cooker chicken curry is amazing and easy. I usually add some vegetables to it.

These peanut noodles are super easy and delicious! Again I usually add a vegetable and shrimp. I plan to also serve with an Asian style salad.

This sweet potato quinoa soup has been on my meal plan several months but I never have made it. I really plan to try it this month!

This cauliflower has been on the meal plan before too. But I am making it this month!

100 Days of Real Food's Whole Chicken in the Crock Pot is very good!

This smoothie is one way I get some fruit into my pickiest eater!

Salmon cakes happen once a month at my house. Trying to get some Omega 3's in!

I finally perfected a crepe recipe that actually works for us!

Really enjoy these whole grain waffles. You can freeze any leftovers.

I really like these quinoa black bean burgers!

These whole wheat biscuits are surprisingly good! I put the butter in the freezer for a bit and then use my cheese grater to "cut" in the butter.

I also perfected the frittata recipe. Or add a pie crust and make it a quiche.
