I am finally posting my October Meal Plan. A few things not made in September carried over. Get the recipe links and some commentary below.

Chewy Granola Bars for snacks

Asian Bowtie Pasta is new and oh so good!

Apple Cheddar Side Salad is from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous cookbook. I didn't get around to it last month or yesterday, but I still plan on trying it!

Buckwheat Pancakes. Working to get some grain variety.

Broccoli Cranberry Salad was soooo good. It's from a Sam's Club publication. It was so good! The bacon and cranberries made a great breakfast vegetable dish!

Fish Sticks from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous cookbook.

Apple Cranberry Walnut salad. This is excellent and the dressing stored in the refrigerator lasts a while.

Spicy Asian Salmon Meatballs and Peanut Noodles are carryovers from last month. I plan to use soba buckwheat pasta.

Slow Cooker Lentil Soup is new.

Corn muffins are from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous cookbook. I plan to omit the actual corn kernels hoping the kids will like them better. I used cornmeal from Bob's Red Mill and was really pleased!

Garlic Mushroom Quinoa

Slow Cooker Pork Chops, Apples and Onions is a new recipe

Salmon Cakes are a favorite.

Slow Cooker Chicken Curry. Will sub tuna. This recipe is a favorite and super easy!

Taco Quinoa Salad

Whole Grain Waffles

Amaranth, Lentil, Sweet Potato Power bowl

Hashbrown Casserole. This is a new one for us.

Pizza

Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Oven Pancake
